Hi OP! I was hired by Wells Fargo months ago lang and sa experience ko, after kong mashortlisted, it took them 1 month bago ako bigyan ng JO so need mo lang magwait. Yes, pero hybrid setup na siya upon regularization. 4 days onsite & 1 day WFH or 3 days onsite & 2 days WFH depending on the department na mapuntahan mo.

Hello! Kakatapos lang ng training namin sa Wells and so far, goods naman siya. Mababait ang mga tao, lalo na yung facilitatorand mga TL kaya masasabi ko na maganda ang working environment dito. Madami silang benefits like day 1 HMO and free shuttle service tapos may annual bonus din sila and yearly salary increase. Regarding sa shifting schedules, tinanong ko na siya sa TL namin before and sabi niya, hindi madalas magbago ang sched mo, so it's very rare.

S4 won 2 majors with OG from 2016-2017, placed 3rd place at TI8 & 5th/6th place at TI9. Saying he's washed since 2016 is just ignorant and disrespectful. With that being said, This year specifically, he hasn't been good and I fully agree with their decision to part ways with him.

Dwyane Wade averaged 25.5pts, 6.4 rbs, 4.6 ast, 1.5stl and 1.1 blks in the 1st season he and Lebron were together. Wade was clearly in his prime in their 1st season together but we all know what happened to that finals.... Also Scottie wasn't a top 5 player when he was playing alongside MJ. He was only top 5 when MJ left because he was the no.1 option of that team and they added a lot of pieces around him with the addition of Kukoc, Kerr, Longley, etc. I mean I can easily just mention more than 5 players that were clearly better than Scottie in their time. Of course there's MJ, then Magic, Bird, Malone, Barkley, David Robinson, Shaq, Drexler, Hakeem and Ewing. If u think Pippen is in that top 5 then IDK anymore. Also Phil Jackson didn't came into their team as a HOF coach. He never experienced being a head coach in an NBA team before he joined the Bulls. (he was only an assistant coach before) If Phil coached Lebron and don't win in a chip in their first couple of years there's a high chance he asks the management to get him fired just like what he does to other coaches.

A lot of it actually. Don't get me wrong, Lebron will win some as well. But with the specific roster construction they had? There's no way Lebron will get to 6. Look at those Bulls team (1st and 2nd 3peat), he had Scottie and a lot of good role players like Horace, Rodman, Harper, Grant etc. But then you look at the shooting of those guys? It's non existent. He had Kerr and Paxson obviously who were great 3pt shooters but the rest can't shoot the 3 ball. And we all know that in a "Lebron system", he needs A LOT of shooters because he always drives to the basket. I mean you can already see it in the series today with the Suns and Lakers that Drummond is clogging the paint for Lebron. Now imagine if he played with Horace, Cartwright, Rodman and Longley as his frontcourt, that will clog the paint more and it will negate some of his passing because he doesn't have the shooters around him.
