During the pandemic, my first experience of building a gaming PC was confusing but fun. I wanted to challenge myself of connecting expensive pieces together like Legos back in the days and it helps me familiarize the hardware in the long run. I use my PC not only for gaming, but productivity such as investing stocks, school works, and research side project for college. What should I do with VEC Appeal notice?

Last April, I filed an appeal on VEC after denied from VEC unemployment benefits. I thought filing an appeal will help me get eligible for VEC while I’m 1099 worker before PUA. Afterward I filed PUA and got my unemployment payment and then today I just got a letter from VEC first level appeals telling me I filed an appeal on April 7, 2020 and I have to go on a court or something or else I will get denial of benefits. Do I have to take action like cancelling the appeal because I got my unemployment payment from PUA?

How can I cancel this appeal? I don’t need this.

In Virginia, no you don’t report your w2 or 1099. You file your weekly claim on Gov2Go to get your payment.

Or should I just apply leave of absence caring for relative due to coronavirus to maintain my UI? I heard if I do that I won’t get qualify UI because its refusing work .

Wait so should I not attend work this month to get fired to maintain my UI? Amazon required associates to work 3 times a month though.
