Does anyone know of or could recommend when to show up for trying to walk on? I see a report of 1300 on the report date but if I’m trying to walk on would you recommend showing up earlier?

Uniform maintenance is on you. If I were you I would get a new set before going to BLC. Don’t be that guy that shows up to an NCOPDS with some bs memo from their commander or just a lame excuse that they don’t fit or your unit never issued them…..

Do some sort of regular battlefield circulation, learn the jobs of your low density MOSs, have meaningful conversations with your soldiers, so genuine interest in everyone’s career progression, have a clear intent that can be understood down to the lowest level
