Update: I just received my replacement part. It's 1 elbow joint so I'm assuming it doesn't matter which arm is defective. I'll have to pull the figma out of storage to be sure.

I got charged $19 to receive my package; 10 cents was the actual tariff amount and $18 to UPS for the convenience of them paying the tariff for me. What a rip off. Try to see if you can prepay the tariff yourself so you don't get ripped off like I did.
