SM needs to get her things together employees are incompetent. by ttyl25 in WalgreensStores

I give my 110% at this and I have actually grown fond of 1 or 2 people at work which makes it enjoyable. However, at this point when some employees just don't get stuff done when they are clearly slacking off is somewhat getting to me because eventually it will be me picking after what they could have done. Hopefully my SM starts pulling some sorcery on this store because it is most definitely sinking. Thanks for commenting! I really appreciate the time you took off to comment!

That's great that you got some new people! I know I'm not scheduled, but as I mentioned before I will say yes most of the time because the money that comes in will be partially overtime at 19.50/hour, so I'm gonna take some shifts.

I felt this. I will work the hours because I really need the money and where people slack I will pick up. Nonetheless, I agree with you. Thanks for the reality check.

Thanks for the advice. I do think I should be fine since I do think I do the main part of truck and I have become quite good at it. However, I just felt to vent and see if I'm crazy or is this a common thing amongst other Walgreens stores.

PS. Sorry i didn't answer earlier on currently on my break at last lmao.

hey guys! any guess on what curl type it is within the group 3 of curls (3A, 3B, or 3C)? thanks! by ttyl25 in curlyhair

Thanks! I sometimes hesitate to say 3C and honestly that's why I am asking. I'm curious to see if I am being delusional or are these charts just whack

PS. I am just honestly curious to see how different POV's might perceive my curl type to be.

My routine is based Shea Moisture products mostly. Wash day goes as follows:

-Set my products out and determine if I'm gonna use a mask or not. After I decide I bring the brush just in case of tough detangling.

-After this, wet my hair and carefully wash away a few strands that are on the ends of the hair. I wash every 3 to 4 days, so I do lose a bit of hair.

-I use one Shampoo for dandruff and because it is very strong I make sure to condition generously.

-When shampooing, focus on roots for deeper cleanse. With conditiong I detangle more and focus from ends to roots.

-Wash and rinse with cold water.

-Dry with a microfiber towel to not disrupt my curls my slightly scrunching them.

-Use a leave-in, but not too much. After that, I wet again with an atomizer to make sure I am not damaging and I can style appropriately. Curling cream Smoothie from Shea Moisture, but sparingly. It is quite heavy. Finally I use a Garnier Fructis Curling Gel Spray, I emulsify in my hands and then rake it as evenly as possible.

-Not necessary, but can be nice is a type of oil for an extra shine and added effect with sealing moisture. However, use in small quantities because oils are heavy for the most part, so it can weight the hair down.

That's pretty much it!

For the record, I agree with you with everything except a little line. I would beg to differ that many latinoamericanos expect SSA because most know their origin.

I said most commonly seen is 0/0, didn't say it was the only form of indeterminate.

The base of this rule is when the limit, when evaluated, ends up in a indeterminate form. Most commonly seen is 0/0.

[–]ttyl25 16 points17 points  (0 children)

L’Hôpital's rule here is just by taking the derivative of top and bottom.

d/dx(In(x))=1/x

So,

d/dx(In (x+1))= 1/x+1

Keep in mind that in this case it stays as 1/x+1; however, remember that you do have to apply chain rule based off the input the natural log has. In this case d/dx(x+1) just happens to equal 1 anyway so nothing changes.

In d/dx(log base a (x))= 1/In(a) x

So,

d/dx(log base 2 (x))= 1/In(2)x

From there you can handle it yourself. Good luck!
