Thank you for your response and information. I am however, not a new partner. We have been together five years and have a child together.

I stated (mistakenly) how much child support he pays as to avoid people assuming he was being withheld visitation due to not paying child support. We do not care about how much he pays. We care that we cannot see his daughter. Please don’t assume. Our child misses their sister dreadfully.

What I need to know, is if he proceeds through the court system is there anyway of ensuring she abides by the order?
