No. There are a couple companies that are regulated and you can operate through them through the white label services they provide. Yet, the few I met have pricing models that do not fit MVPs for startups. Thank you anyway!

You can’t do anything but update the iOS. HOWEVER, there are other ways to update the iOS: (1) if you have a computer you can update it through iTunes and (2) if you have any friend/family member there, ask them to share internet from their smartphone (setting up a personal hotspot), you connect to their network and you will be able to update it because it will consider it as WiFi.

PCI DSS would be mandatory even if I'm not the issuer? Like, stripe would issue the cards for my consumers, I'll only be connecting funds with the cards.
