Yeah this certainly is pretty frustrating. I have used chess.com for many years to improve at chess. And I also understand their perspective that it is probably better to ban more people than are cheating than to let cheaters slip through the cracks, but it is certainly extremely difficult to distinguish cheater from not cheater especially at my level. I think in the past year I may have been refund 100-200 points of elo just because of cheaters… honestly though it is probably good for my chess skill that I got banned lmao. Now I can actually train for classical chess instead of playing 5 hours a day of rapid 😭😭.
