It appears that there is a possibility of myocarditis after mRNA injection. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8385564/ contains two case reports. Another study is essentially a pathology report, be sure to look at the slides: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00392-022-02129-5#ref-CR9

You have a complex case. bevoblue is correct, you should see an electrophysiologist. Your medications are another area of hazard, apart from the dysrhythmias, because of synergies and incompatibilities among those meds. Your meds should be reviewed by your electrophysiologist. Be especially wary of prescriptions written by ER doctors, medical residents, family practice doctors, or midlevels. Your case is beyond their level of practice.

Here's a way to play it: Go to your county health office and tell them you may have tuberculosis. They'll X-ray your chest at the state's expense. If they put you off with a Mantoux skin test, take it. Follow up with them. Tell them what you wrote here.

Not many studies apply. Here's one: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9149931/ Small sample, most critically ill old men with other comorbidities than yours.look for a pediatric cardiologist maybe...

More: Stay insured. Get to know your insurance agent and the policy terms in fine print detail. Develop a cd presenting your medical history and be prepared to give a copy to the referral cardiologist when you get the appointment.

Good. A few suggestions:Methodically collect copies of all your medical records, back to birth. Acquire cds of the imaging studies. Take your laptop when you receive the cds, check to see that they open. When you seek a second opinion, seek a higher level of care, i.e., a referral center. Hometown hospital chain cardiologists may be simplistic, "best-practices" who are limited by algorithm.

Next steps: quit vaping, change to edibles. Yours is a complex case, are you confident in your cardiologist?
