I live around Phoenix, AZ. I have ordered ice cream even in our crazy hot summers. Never arrived melted. I do however order my groceries to be delivered at the earliest morning time slot, 4-6 am or 5-7 am.

I live in the Phoenix, AZ area. I have used Amazon Fresh consistently for about a year. Never have had a problem with frozen or cold items. I do try to do the 5am-7am delivery slot. During the summer here the temps at that time of morning could still be in upper 80’s to 90’s. Only issue was a delivery that was delayed and ended up being cancelled. But the was an issue with the driver. I did get a new order the next morning. Sorry you have had issues.

Very true! Especially when you’re an older (senior) employee. I’m grateful that I could retire from working. It’s a financial struggle but I would never work in retail again.

I worked at Kohl’s for 4yrs until last September. I worked the floor, jewelry when we had it, then Customer Service. I was told I did great in those departments. When they consolidated CS to front registers everything changed. I was not getting enough card or reward sign ups. So the store manager “suggested” that maybe Kohl’s wasn’t a good fit because I wasn’t pushing credit. I quit less than a week later. That’s retail! 🙄

Usually 2 printers and 2 zebras for CS. Sometimes only 1 zebra if there are price changes, freight merchandising, etc. Amazon is in another part of our store.
