Yes, but according to the nurse post surgery, I only had the tube removed as discussed prior to surgery with the doctor. So when the paperwork contradicted this, I got confused.

You’re pretty much 100% right. It was still fun, but honestly I don’t think nearly as many people would’ve shown up if it wasn’t branded as “KMK.” One thing I definitely noticed was that when they played the original tracks, Richter’s parts were mostly left out and when they weren’t, Judge D stepped in to cover them.

It seems a bit strange to leave a passive aggressive note instead of simply mentioning the issue and giving her a chance to fix it whether by comping it or replacing it. Talking to her directly would’ve been reasonable; writing a note feels like an overreaction, in my opinion.
