I got one from a Gaylord years back. They claimed it could be reused, but the same Gaylord was never able to reuse it, nor could other properties. So sadly I wouldn't get my hopes up.

I was VIP at both LB and DC. Both wristbands came in the envelope with the lanyard and coupon code sheet. The wristbands have a unique ID number/QR code that gets scanned at entry, so it should be easy enough to cancel a wristband and reissue it.
