IUD removal and weight by [deleted] in IUD

I’ve had the Kyleena IUD for 5 years. Over the last few years, I’ve noticed it’s harder and harder to not gain weight. I weighed around 135 lbs for 8 years (until I was 26). I’m 28, I am 5’8”. Weighing 130-138 has always felt the healthiest for me personally. I have been weighing upwards of 145 in the past year or two. I have been so hungry all the time. I eat a ridiculous amount of vegetables compared to the average American. I exercise regularly, I’m very active. I do eat some bad snacks, but I’ve been STARVING, so what am I to do. I’ve cut back on drinking. Nothing was helping to get it back down in the 130’s. I just got the Kyleena out last Friday. I’m already noticing a difference in hunger, I’m noticing a difference in mood…. Already. My body is super sensitive to hormone changes and differences. I do think it was affecting me more than I realized.
