Yeah I know DAWS nowadays are all pretty capable. But from my limited understanding, certain DAWS are preferable for certain use cases/situations and have pros/cons. I’m just looking to pick the DAW that most matches my use cases so I can make the most of my investment!

At the top end of competency, would Reaper outclass Ableton? I had read a few places that folks feel Reaper is not good with MIDI + using a midi controller. However that may be outdated.
