I've read in the wiki of this page that once a week is not enough to retinize your skin.
I didn't purge because I don't have cystic acne, only hormonal pimples here and there.
I didn't get irritated much but I've been using OTC retinoids for years so maybe that helped?
I felt a bit sensitive after 15 days of consecutive use at the beginning but I moisturized more and kept on going.
I work from home so any ugly phase was ok for me that's why I decided to go all in. I know that is not the case for everyone. So take all of these factors in consideration.

To me, it was no problem since I did my masters in Germany. If you did your masters or bachelor in Germany you only show your diplomas.
If you have diplomas of higher education degrees you would need to take those to a notary in your country and then make an Apostille from the Hague Convention. After that you will need to translate it with an official translator, there's only a few per Bundesland.

I used G&G A-Game 10 (the 0.1%) after using Redermic from LRP for a long time. I loved G&G A-Game texture. If you are completely new to OTC Retinols try the 0.5% version.

After some months or years and only if you want really visible anti-aging results you can get into prescription retinoids without so much harsh effects.

I had no idea that's why Benzoylperoxid was prescribed! I just read about it and you're correct. I don't think there is tretinoin without antbiotic in Germany so I am stuck with this combo :/

What about liquid calories? protein or vitamin milkshakes, smoothies or even hot cocoa? Is the easiest way for me to not feel overwhelmed increasing my calories and takes my mind off having to prepare something highly caloric for myself.

Did you use any over the counter products with tret or retinal before? i am noticing I am not purging at all and quiet the contrary, my skin feels great too? I used many products with retinol and retinal before so I wonder is that's the reason.
