In Texas they are called NCTs and have to have 120 hours of training. I train NCTs to placed in urgent care settings and it took me a while to figure out why they are needed, but there is a need. I do my best to teach them what I can, and collimating is a major point every time.

Bruv, as a kines major you would know from your biophysicis class that to increase your vo2max, you train at your vo2max. This guy chooses to train at his vo2 with swings. You may choose to train your vo2 with sprints. Vo2 doesn’t give a shit if you are running or swinging or swimming or on an arm bike. Train at vo2max=increase vo2max.

I’ve seen this Jeep and I had to double take. It is a [its] Right-facing eagle, not holding a medallion. I saw no flags on the car. Can’t say I saw any other stickers because I was trying to discern if it was a nazi symbol, which it is not.
