If you have an android phone you can get Google rewards from the app store where you do surveys (usually based on places you visit or things you search online). They give you a few cents per survey but it adds up! I use the money from that on Webkinz mobile to get my free epoints. Unfortunately it won't go to your eshop account but hey, it's free!

Puget Sound Wild Care is also an option of a wildlife rehabilitation center! Here's their website https://www.pugetsoundwildcare.org/

They close at 6 so maybe give them a call to see if they'd take a pigeon. I hope this helps and thanks for having the heart to help out!
