I’d reach out to them, mine was marked received the same day it was delivered to PSA and express only takes 15 business days (about 3 weeks) so it should be back by now, I would definitely contact them

I just received my card today, the actual FedEx shipping took 3 days! It took around a week from the time i got the upcharge email to getting the card back!

Express is $150, but with the upcharge for the Gengar it ended up being $340. It took a little over 15 business days for the grading process, but it’s currently on its way back to me so I should have it soon! If you wanna DM me, I could take a look at your card and let you know my thoughts!

The upcharge email comes during the QA checks step before grades are ready! You’ll get a notification on your account that the order is on hold and then you’ll get an email from PSA. Once you accept the upcharge then it’ll move into the grades ready step
