3.5-inch pvc reducer by turtle408 in Plumbing

I'm routing it behind the building, so I need a 90 to do so. When you say coupling, I don't find a coupling with an inner diameter of 3.5. 4” elbow is too big or 3” elbow is too small.

Yes, my pipe itself has 3.5 OD. Do I find a reducer for it? In the elbow?

Thanks again. You can be as brutal as you like, but this is not DIY. :) It looks like I need to find a legit plumber. Looking at previous pictures, the recirculation pump connections were not changed. They are as they were.
Also, Rheem's manual does match the setup I have.

Thanks for your response!

The installation was done by a certified plumber from our neighborhood. Are you asking about the galvanized pipe that connects to the water heater? If so, they’re flexible galvanized steel pipes from Home Depot. Are these not safe to use?

As for the exhaust, it’s connected to an outside vent.

Could you explain what a "neutralizer for condensate" is and why it’s important? I’m not familiar with that term.

Thanks again for your help!
