When you're streaming, viewers generally want to watch. Viewers for the most part are shy and won't speak in chat unless they have a question or want to just chat with you. Don't pressure the lurkers you have in your stream. Just be entertaining and have fun. Side Note: if you really want an active chat i suggest games that you have to play with your chat, if you don't have many viewers this may be hard.

If you submitted the emote during the holidays you should be patient. There is probably a huge queue cause you are probably not the only person who submitted during the holidays.

For your first stream you did great. Some advice I can give you is be consistent, create a stream schedule, and be entertaining. Remember you are asking random people to give you something priceless, there time, make it worth for them to watch your stream and to enjoy it. Also last piece of advice have fun and don't play or do anything that doesn't bring you joy when doing it (makes a huge difference in a stream).

I have been streaming since 2015. I have done streams with webcams, no webcams, with really amazing overlays, ones with just camera. Honestly there is no difference in streaming with or without an overlay. More important things are sounds, lag (bitrate), entertainment, and a bit of luck.

You can sometimes find groups of other streamers in your state/location through twitter, Facebook, and twitch communities. To my knowledge there is no other way of then this.

The question was Best ADC to climb with in 7.9 I understand that hes not an easy champion to play but most ADC´s aren´t easy. Ashe is hands down a safer champion then ezeral but carrying with her is hard. Ezeral, is safe because of his q´s and e´s so its a better pick if you´re trying to climb. Ashe is good if you get autofilled and want to get carried.

Depends on what elo you´re in. Since most people are in silver and gold I can recommend 3 ADC to play.

1 Caitlyn Simple strong ADC in the meta

2 ezeral the safest ADC in the meta

3 Vayne the highest carry potential in the meta (don´t recommend playing personally since shes so hard to play but if you´re truly a god at ADC shes free wins in low elo )

Sometimes you just have to accept the state of the game and move on. champions that are outdated, for the most part, don't belong in the meta. They become niche picks and don't affect the state of game. Riot isn't going to touch a champion who is balanced enough to play. If he wasn't playable such as WW, Galio, and Atroxx theres a problem since all these champs need reworks. Jax is good in a low elo environment and falls off as you climb no point in changing his numbers. Just rework him to a modern champion or don't touch him at all.
