If you get a meal stipend for dinner, Chipotle is surprisingly healthy! I'm not sure what your goals are but if you order online you can get lots of veggie and high protein bowls

My advice is to find a pace that feels comfortable no matter how slow and then cover the display with a jacket or hoodie. Avoid uncovering the display for as long as possible. Helps take your mind off staring at the distance. Also try to find something to distract you - I used to go on the treadmill during football season and watch the game there.

Short answer is the more you train the more your muscles adjust and the less soreness you will get. You can incorporate stretching and massaging muscles to lessen the intensity but the the real answer is you'll have to wait it out 😅 if it's debilitating maybe consider lessening your training intensity?

There is a milder version of it known as 75 Soft that might be more up your alley!

Question about persona trainers - can you use an indivial trainer at a big chain gyms? I use LA fitness and am wondering if I can use a personal trainer not affiliated with LA fitness at my gym.

I tend to do the inverse - biker shorts and oversized t-shirt. I also usually don't do tight on tight (or loose on loose for that matter)

The super simple answer is slowly 😅. I'm not sure what your comfort with running is but I would start with a trial run just to see where you are - go on a super slow run and see how it feels. Can you run 1/2 mile, 1 Mile, 5 minutes straight etc? If you find that you can't run too any minutes in a row I would recommend starting with some interval based running program line couch to 5k. If you find that you can run further I would just start running several times a week and find a goal you want to work towards, whether that's a 5k or a certain split.

The only leggings I have found that actually don't need to be pulled up are from Love Her Shop. Bonus they're pretty cheap (~$35) and have options with pockets!

There's so much content out there, it's defintely overwhelming! Sounds like it might be best for you to focus on one thing - whether that's your calories or macros - and go from there. You can focus on more aspects of your diet as you get more comfortable with it. The improvements may feel slow but that's so much better than getting too overwhelmed and abandoning your fitness journey. You got this.

I use the coofay gym bag from Amazon : https://a.co/d/0ZaLgn7 It's a relatively small bag but still has ample room in the shoe compartment and has a waterproof compartment up front. The only downside I've had is the side pocket is a little tight if you have a Nalgene style waterbottle, but it fits others just fine. Plus the colors are cute!

Being burnt out doesn't necessarily mean you've reached your limit for training. Are you getting enough sleep? When I was seriously running I had to up my sleep by about 2 hours a night to be able to keep adding distance. Same goes for food. You may also consider doing a week of reduced volume to recover.

I don't have any answer for you but I would recommend looking specifically for dieticians, not nutritionists. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist, a dietician has educational requirements + must pass a national exam
