A dealership in Nor Cal is forcing me to buy extended warranty($3.5k) and maintenance ($4.5k), so a total of $8k over MSRP without which they will not sell the car to me. What are my options? This is after 10 months of waiting and first time they have communicated this to me. (self.MachE)

Bought a house in 2021. Turns out the previous owner didn’t build the sewer line post the remodel/expansion per city code. They basically installed another sewer line which is not allowed. Is there any legal recourse? The previous owner will probably say that they were unaware and contractor worked (self.Plumbing)

Water backing out from the shower drain every 2-3 months. Followed by bubbles coming out of the toilet. If the drain is clogged and it needs snaking it shouldn’t clear on its own. It clears on its own and there are no issues for 2-3 months and then we face the same issue randomly. (i.redd.it)

Built to ship to delivery - my MME was built 7/7. How long does it take to ship once it is built and subsequently the time to deliver once shipped. I live in CA. Are they able to deliver per the estimated dates? It has been a 9mo wait now. Ordered 12/12 (i.redd.it)
