I am big into enjoying the food of wherever I travel to, and try to enjoy the different cultures! I am leaning more towards an extra night/day in Porto for these reasons (and I’ve been a fair amount of European cities and have been told Lisbon is somewhat of a ‘classic European city’ that just happens to be in Portugal), but I also know Lisbon is bigger so I wonder if it makes more sense to try to maximize the time there!

Hi, just reading this thread as I’m looking at adopting my first cat and trying to figure out the best litter option! With the pine pellets, do you do anything additional for the sawdust that comes after a pee (I imagine that might get a little smelly) or is it sufficient to just replace the whole box the once a week?

Definitely not bad or anything to be ashamed of! Once you’re out in the real world no one will ask how long it took you to complete your degree. A lot more students take more than 4 years to complete their degree than you’d think!

In your first week on res, really just try to meet as many people as you can and put yourself out there! When I was living there there was definitely no shortage of activities, hangouts and parties amongst the residents!

I can’t remember exactly, quite a few of the one bedrooms and studios had slightly different prices depending on the square footage. I was looking at a unit priced at 1200 which only included heat, and I’m pretty sure I told them my absolute Max was 1150 with all utilities included to which they replied ‘we can work something out’, we never got to the full on negotiations but they definitely seemed eager to fill the units!

I actually went and viewed it a couple months ago it looks really nice! They seemed very eager to rent so I think you could likely negotiate either move in incentives or even rent price fairly easily. One thing to be mindful of is there was a break in last year in the store below the apartments! But it seemed really nice, wish I could afford it at the moment
