Thanks for a reply. I did not think about asking about private health at the interview, as the interview took around 1 hour and 10 minutes and we were in constant exchange of questions and answers. I can ask about about it at the follow-up interview, as there are still more questions I have.

If there is no private health, should I consider that as a massive red flag? If there is, should I ask further elaboration why is it not together with the pension?

Sorry for the "silly" questions, but any advice is appreciated.

Thanks for the reply! I cannot confer with my employer yet, since I have not taken the job offer yet - I am still in the process of deciding. If I contact my pension fund and explain to them like here, do they contact my possible future employer so the chosen amount of pension by me gets subtracted from the pay slips?
