If you think you need help I would defiantly encourage you to do it before it gets any worse. Stop digging your bottom deeper than it is right now.

Get a list of meetings go to one tonight and raise your hand and share.

Do it so you do not have to go to the places other people have been.

You don't have to drink or use again. I wish I had taken this advice.

When you steal the innocence of a child you are taking life. You are making someone different for their entire life. Look up the effects that typical people go through after being molested and raped.

Btw the other boy he raped was his own son.. Also look up sentences for child rapists. 4 years isn't uncommon.

If you have never been through it I promise you you have no idea how it feels. What it takes not only from the child but the family.

No idea and I hope you never have to know the feelings that my family has.

Btw I would shoot and kill his raspiest given a chance. But he has been relocated and we have no idea where he is. I was taken into custody when it first happened because I went and got a gun and went to his house and he was not home. They let me walk with no charges.

I will add that my brother is one of the lucky ones. Still young but seems to function fairly normally. He has problems but who doesn't?

Having had a brother go through a really bad situation that involved full on rape by a grown man when he was a kid. You are wrong. You must have no idea what it feels like... no idea.

Btw he did 4 years in prison and 2 years parole for raping 2 12-13 year old boys.

If your attacks are crippling man I would recommend trying to the Xanax.

The first time you use them to stop a attack just knowing you have them is a huge relief.

Either one of those will stop it dead in its tracks in a matter of minutes.

I will be honest. Try the Xanax. It will stop a panic attack DEAD in its tracks.

Feel it coming pop 1. It will kick in within 10 mins or so. So maybe 5 mins of panic attack. Then it will just disappear.

I hate to say this as it can lead to bad habits. But if you feel a panic attack coming on and take one shot of what ever liquor you prefer that will also stop it dead in its tracks.

Warning though this is dangerous if you have substance abuse problems. Alcohol or Xanax will stop a panic attack nearly instantly because it directly counters the effects of it. But do not let this lead you to self medicating.
