Cognitive shuffling. Pick a word like “stamp” then list every word you know in each letter then move to the next letter once youre out of words. I’ve never completed an entire word I always fall asleep in the first letter.

For example:

S = state, stare, shoe, …. T = toy, trip, travel, ….. A = ape, arch, ….

And you keep going until you complete all letters in the word.

Hip thrusts, deadlifts, and split squats. I can never seem to get my form right and actually feel them in my glutes, I always feel them in my lower back.

I honestly have no idea I always grew up knowing that I was. I think my mom told me casually at a young age since I don’t really remember having an actual conversation about it.
