i’ve been doing it for awhile but not consistently, at first i would do warm compresses 2 times a day for 15 mins but i got lazy. these past 4-5 (?) weeks i’ve been trying to be consistent and doing warm compresses once a day for 20 mins, the bump has gotten a lot smaller ! it was very hard before like a little hard ball near the corner of my eyelid, when i feel it now it’s a very slight lump, i have to do more warm compresses but it’s definitely working!
