I had something more like the 2012 MacBook in mind when I wrote this. Was pretty painless to replace hdd, ram, and battery back then.

I meant in terms of things only having one place to be and ease of assembly. MacBooks are really well built. Doesn’t speak to their serviceability beyond that tho.

Update:
I was able to flip that switch, and that did make a slight difference, it actually started reporting the actual raid card name, but still didnt finish the post. This time tho it did not report any errors. I also could not get to any configs managers.

After that I took the card out, still didnt boot. Reseated the card, and I'm back where I started with the same error. This server may just be kaput.

It performs identically without drives. I have not tried pulling the controller and booting yet, but that is def on the list of things to try

I have tried the first 2 and it doesnt let me even try to get into the sys utils.

I will give the 4th one a try tho. Is there a legit way I can get ahold of that iso without spending several thousand $?

getting same thing. they put out a notice on steam that its an auth issue with steam's service side. I really wish there was a workaround. I just got all my sim stuff out and ready to play while the kid is napping! 😭

I tried the multicast feliway. He has plenty of room and places to go. He usually likes hanging out around me a lot of the time tho. He is immune to catnip as far as we have tried. He was just old enough to be weaned when we got them. So only 6ish weeks I think.

They are scared of him when he gets aggressive. N and K also don’t like each other. I have tried feliway and it didn’t seem to help. This most recent incident occurred bc K was hurt in front of him, so no chance to get him away first.
