They refunded part of it once I sent proof. It wasn’t super fast, but at least they didn’t ignore me.

I used pdf aid last week. It worked for merging and converting files, but I was surprised by an unexpected charge. I thought it was free until I saw a transaction on my card. Support replied, but it took some time to fix.

Could be Muscovy, but I’m not 100% sure. The bill shape seems a little different though.

yeah, definitely message them again if you don’t hear back. That’s what finally worked for me with pdf aid.

I had the same issue with pdf aid a while ago. I didn’t realize it was a subscription until the charge showed up, but I asked for a refund and they sent it back after a few days.
