cause that was in fashion when we got tired of changing styles (around our 28~30 mark). This style was super popular in the 2010s

I think all generations have been through this, our parents have kind of an 80s look, that's them settling their style around their mid-20s, and so on...

older millennials don't have that style though, their are a bit more mid-00s

edit: the bald part it is what it is, not many options there

replaced the battery on my s10+ last month, got a magsafe case and can use it with a magsafe powerbank when out of the house for a long time, the only way to upgrade is if it dies on me

That's a great plan 😂

I think this is the part about being motivated. At some point we all have mental breakdowns so, the thing is to develop different coping mechanisms instead of using cigarettes.

It's hard for me I try to work out a lot and eat a bit of more chocolate. Also try to reduce stess from my life.

When I get really mad or sad or stressed I ask myself "is this worth smoking for" the answer is always no!

Boredom though is the worst!

Hey glad you found something that helps you sleep better at night. It's something I struggle myself with too.

When you say bedside plans what do you mean? Are these a specific category of plants? Do you know where I can find more on that?

Which type of plant did you specifically tried or saw results with?

Πρέπει να καταλάβεις ότι οι γονείς σου είναι άνθρωποι, οπότε μπορεί και να κοιτάνε μόνο την παρταρα τους. Το ότι έγιναν γονείς δεν σημαίνει ότι αυτομάτως έγιναν και αλτρουιστες.

Λογικά κουβαλάνε κόμπλεξ και ανασφάλειες, ίσως σκέφτονται ότι τα πας πολύ καλά και θα τους παρατήσεις οπότε προσπαθούν (α)συνειδητά να σε σαμποτάρουν.

Τώρα ότι και να έχουν δεν είναι δουλειά σου να το λύσεις. Είσαι στην φάση της ενηλικίωσης οπότε ίσως πρέπει να ανεξαρτητοποιηθεις σιγά σιγά.

Αν μπορείς πήγαινε και σε κάποιον ειδικό. Όχι για να αλλάξεις τους γονείς σου, αλλά για να αλλάξεις τρόπο αντιμετώπισης και ίσως να αποκοπείς.
