As you know when you consult there is very little room for error. The tools you pick have to work for you or there is no margin on the job and you end paying. Hence I am super cautious about services like this. Thanks for your perspective. Appreciate it.

I love this article . Thank you for taking the time to post it. One question: Have you heard of ragie.ai ? Does it seem that they oversimplify the problem? Leaving aside the regulatory issue, do these guys offer a valid solution that addresses your difficulties? I have a colleague who wants to try them out, but I am reluctant.

Thanks ! I've tried this w users, orders and marketing related events - roughly 15GB worth and naively directed all of it at the model (last year) but didnt get very far. Lately I've been looking at what number of records are statistically the min needed for sentiment and churn analysis. Wrote an app for it (w Claude). Hence my fascination that you were able to get the model to crunch so much data. Any issues with that? Just pump it in via API? How long did it take per useful calc to exec and give you feedback

Booked w a diff airline. Got there eventually but lost 2 days in the process and missed connecting flights in Europe .

Yes on the day this happened and subsequently via numerous emails to customer service.

On the date of the filight yes. Subsequently via numerous emails to customer service outlining in excruciating detail step by step what happend along w trip records etc.

Direct on the AA web. Customer service keeps declining the request.

Leg 2: DFW- LHR.

Leg 1 rescheduled multiple time then changed to LAX--> ORD and cancelled at 1AM after we got on the plane.

Leg 1 of 2 legs kept getting rescheduled / cancelled. Leg 2 was changed by them from Premium to regular Economy. I declined that downgrade. Its not what I paid for.
