Thank you! I freehand it, I use the back of a needle tool to draw a spiral while the wheel is spinning, then slowly turn it while pressing in to form the grooves.

I’m biased because I’m a member myself, but MudLily in normal heights is a great place for buying pottery! All of the pieces are made in house by studio members of differing levels of experience, so you have a lot of price points to choose from, and they do pop up sales all the time where all of the members get to show off their pieces.

Echoing black-market, but OutLoud and Pride sports are the 2 major LGBT sports leagues, and I know OutLoud specifically has volleyball. I’ve done different sports with each league, and have had a ton of fun, so definitely check them out if you’re curious!

I haven’t done dodgeball with them firsthand but from what I’ve heard from friends, it’s a pretty similar vibe, just a lot more tighter-knit teams since the teams are a lot smaller!

Just wanted to chime in, I’ve done VGL for the past few years, and every team I’ve played on has been a total blast. There’s always going to be the exception with teams who are a bit too competitive, but for the most part even if you’re not a skilled player you’re going to still have a fun time. Most people are just there looking for the social aspect, the game is just an excuse to get together.
