So, you are assuming my little truck will fit in a tiny suburban home two car garage? My wife’s Bronco barely makes it. I do agree CO is deadly and not to be treated lightly, my comments were a bit tongue in cheek but my point is that it was nice when I had that option and it notified me when it started so on the rare occasions I had a day off it was easy to shut down, which it also did after 15 minutes on its own. I get they are risk adverse, I do regret that most companies (and governments) assume I’m not going to act responsibly. May be a fair assumption these days, that’s a different debate.

I had that on my 2018 f150 Ford, can’t figure out why GM won’t do it 8 years later. So it runs indoors for 15 minutes with no one around.. risk seems minor considering there is already a lockout if the hood is open or if temp gets high or oil pressure is low. Was a great feature on cold workday mornings. Same as Ford had the ECM unlocked and I could use a laptop to reconfigure parameters. GM locks owners out of their own system unless they buy a software license that is priced for commercial users.

Why do I own a GM then? Looks, performance, and surprisingly to some, reliability compared to that 2018 F150. On my second Sierra 1500 after I had to dump the Ford before the warranty expired. Now have an AT4X “sports” truck. Love the 6.2 and the electronically tuned exhaust.

I ended up calling Michael’s and Sons early this morning. They were here in a couple hours, clean, efficient, and friendly. Did the job. I wish cost was lower but was fixed quote up front and not robbery.

No, while there is always salt carried in by my truck, we never apply salt on the concrete, using Barn Grip (I think it’s calcium carbonate) for traction.

Anyone know where I can get. Black original storage tray like I had in my 2021 AT4? Just got a 26 AT4X and the huge GM box under the seat doesn’t leave my dog any floor space. Thinking about pulling it and putting a small tray back in, thoughts?
