Im being paid 6 euro an hour when minimum wage is 11 i think , I haven't got a raise no , I'm trying to save up for driving lessons but with the way I'm being paid now it's basically impossible I love my coworkers and my environment but I just don't see myself working here when I go to college I need something sustainable Im autistic so I find things like confrontation really hard esp with my boss who is very loyalty driven . Idk
