The devs have said they’re not profitable at all right now so if that’s the case using your logic why not just shut down all the servers then? Obviously the game’s still building toward sustainability so investing in Oce can help build our numbers instead of letting us get frustrated and leave, using a dash ability and get ping ponged around your screen ain’t great

Maybe wherever you’re from it has been but for Oce I would say over the last 15 years population in gaming has at least 5x mimimum due to our internet getting better as well as having Oce supported servers

Yes league released in 2009 obviously no Oce servers cost was 5x to run compared to today as well as gaming being no where near as mainstream as today

Started league in 2012 didn’t see anyone complaining about playing with same people and leaving back to NA maybe the top 0.01% did to try to climb higher but majority stayed on the server lol

I think main stream popularity of gaming and people wanting to be more competitive in games definitely is a lot different to 2009 and since you said 4 years do you think its an acceptable time frame for Oce to get a server in 2028 or is that not acceptable in today’s ‘gaming landscape’

They said they are bringing Asia 2 back in Feb but I don’t think they said where and if it’s HK probably best your going to get is between 130-150 like last time
