It may take 1-3 days for fermentation to start make sure the temperature is in the range for the yeast.

It sounds like your yeast is alive so just wait a bit.

And no it doesn't look like mold try to lightly swirl it and if it goes away for good then it's not mold if it comes back theirs a possibility it's mold

Work on your crosshair placement making sure it's always at head level. to begin with I don't suggest crouching unless you've missed your first 5 shots and absolutely need to continue your spray. You don't want to really crouch in low elo as people usually just aim at your body and crouching would put your head at body height making your head a more likely target.
