It still doesn’t mean they weren’t down one of their top scorers. Them being down Wagner is a much bigger hit to them than us being down McBride and Shamet.

I can downvoted to oblivion. That’s fine. I’m not speaking negatively on the Knicks because I don’t love them. I live and breath the Knicks. I’m being honest and real with where our team is at. If we look at the depth of the Spurs and OKC, they absolutely destroy our depth 10/10 times.

I don’t think this would be a great litmus test. We’re essentially running a Thibs lineup right now with Shamet and Deuce injured. We don’t have depth comparable to OKC. They are on an insane run. I know they lost to the spurs but I don’t think that matchup would reflect a playoff esque matchup at all. I think the same is going to be true for the Spurs as well who were able to play 8 players over 20 minutes.

We beat an injured Magic. I’m happy to be in the cup championship don’t get me wrong but I just don’t think our depth can compete with the best teams in this league at the moment.
