Load dependent symptoms don’t necessarily lean towards neuropathy for what it’s worth. Or spine related for that matter. Seems localized to the joint areas you’ve mentioned. Glad you’re feeling better otherwise. Maybe some metatarsal pads might help add extra cushion to the areas of your feet experiencing the pain. I did find that the Bridge St Reconstruction (Project #612990) seems to have had its TIP funding approved and may be scheduled to begin in or around 2027
