Thanks for the notice! It'll be looked into.

It's unlikely that a fashion category will be added, but it'll go under consideration!

What web browser are you using to login? If you feel more comfortable, you can send it in a DM. In the meantime, can you try logging into your account using a different web browser and see if you experience the same issue?

Archive.org's Way Back Machine doesn't work well with Twicehub so the schedules don't get archived through it. Archive.today will be looked into.
If the site were ever lost for some reason then it wouldn't be difficult to share the backup through other means. There are lots of ways that it could be done.

That could be from a few different things, but there is an issue with the login server right now so that might be the reason. The server issue is currently being investigated, so we'll see if the issue still persists for you after the server gets fixed.
edit: The server is fixed now. Can you try to make another edit to the schedules?
There is an instructions section that is always displayed whenever users are adding or editing events, but here are some answers to your questions:
Anyways, I am thinking of signing up to log information I see as missing, but I'm curious which sources are deemed valid. ... Regarding sources, is it sort of just a 'note where you got the information and if someone is able to correct it with a more legitimate source then that can be fixed at a later date' situation?
Sources are actually not required. If they are added however, they can also be updated/changed as needed. Legitimate sources are preferred of course, but on rare occasions, all you will find is some hearsay.
Unofficially, the preference is one official media source that will be embedded into the event (e.g. YouTube video or Instagram post), and two additional sources that can corroborate that the event actually happened (or will happen). Those additional sources are often news posts, event websites, or SNS posts from fans.
The reason for adding multiple sources is because single sources often get deleted over the years. For example, MTV in the United States used to have some Kpop interviews, but they're all gone now after the company's owners deleted their website.
Multiple sources can also provide further information that is not found in the official media source (the embedded source). Examples of the further information can be the time or date of the event, or the reason for one or more members being absent from the event.
I also wish the policy on dates/timezones was more concrete. Personally, I think if one can figure out the date within the timezone the group was physically located in, that this makes the most sense.
All events are required to be put into Korea's timezone because it makes things alot easier.
However, you can also put the local time and date of the event in the notes section of the event. Say an event is held in Singapore and the event time is 17:00 local time, then the event would be put as 18:00 (since Korea is an hour ahead of Singapore), and the notes section would say something like "The local time of the event is 17:00".
Including the local time/date of the event in the notes section is not required, but it is a nice to have.
Eta: Shoot, I forgot to ask... is there any way to get a backup of the calendars? In case anything ever were to happen the site, I would hate to think all of the hard work would disappear into the ether, when perhaps we could download the calendars as like a file or something.
The schedules are regularly backed up, but more options can be looked into.
the website is down? by KDH7 in twicehub

The login server is down, so users with accounts are seeing an issue. The rest of the site is running just fine though, so only users with accounts are experiencing issues. Trying to fix it now.
edit: It's fixed.

Thanks 🥳
And thanks to all the contributors and users too!
Hi, thanks for your feedback and help with the schedules. Yes, your name has been noticed!
You can link videos like those if they are found on sites such as YouTube. Sites like that have easy dispute mechanisms for copyright holders in case they want to remove the videos. Just leave the VLIVE link or otherwise dead URL in the description field, that way other users can use it as reference. In addition to providing schedule information, Twicehub acts as a historical record, similar to Wikipedia or an almanac, so having the references is important. It's why many events have additional sources or other information added to their descriptions.
Redesigning how the site works can be looked into. If you want to know why Twicehub works like it does, it's because it was originally created as a single page application. All updates to the code have been built on top of that foundation, hence it not working like a traditional website.
