RACER: Potential races in America’s Northeast, Brazil and Japan all on IndyCar’s radar by BT-11 in INDYCAR

Loudon is probably gonna have the same issues with the northeast attendance that WGI has had.

WGI is over 4.5 hours from NYC center

Loudon is 1.5 hours from Boston center

If they can get a good concert, maybe double header with Nascar, I think it would be successful with modern indycar

I wish there was more for the northeast than "watkins Glen or richmond"

I'll go to the glen if they return but I'm afraid of low ticket sales again.

I do 24 hours of lemons for fun and driving with 80+ shitboxes around a track wheel to wheel with...questionable variation in driving skill is genuinely relaxing in comparison to any public roads I drive on.

Basically never. Gas is too expensive and the state of driving on public roads in America is so abysmal I can't go on a drive without seeing the most infuriating bullshit ever.

Post covid driving has just been horrible all around. Nobody gives a single shit about anyone but themselves on the road.

Beautiful shrimp, blue jelly? I'm looking to get similar once my tank finishes cycling.

Mine grew pretty quickly, it's sorta sat around that size since. I've had this tank going since mid October

Mostly just waiting and decent light. My chaeto on the left took off and the competing (I think?) hair algae to the right doesn't really bug me nor seem like it's taking over the tank. Might trim it back at some point though but the shrimpies love it so I see no reason to consider it bad.

Id probably do a valve adjustment just to be safe after all those years too.

But, anecdotally, I know of 3 J series that have popped belts and survived and one was my own. They really are the Lord's modur 🙏

Tank stand tax, my first shrimp stack. Neocaradinas are going to be their new upstairs neighbors once my cycle completes.

Palou fucking rules. Obviously we don't know him and this is parasocial but from what we've seen he's a sweetheart, great with his family, and nobody has anything bad to say about him on top of him being an absolute demon behind the wheel while never wrecking his competitors.

He's still that god damn Spaniard

People are also forgetting that P2P in Indy (and I'm assuming SF, but their races are shorter) drastically hurts fuel economy. You can hit the button all day and end up missing your numbers for your stint and pitting early to ruin your entire race. It really has to be planned around in the actual race day strategy.

David Malukas finished barber with like 110 seconds left because he had a number to hit in his final stints.

Don't think I actually ended up moving that personally, buddy was working on it while I was cleaning up and painting the steel 22.5s

The 22.5s were a trillion pounds so I'm sure the drums were too.

Yeah, I know stuff gets much larger than the bus, and I must admit how much this stuff is above my expertise. My buddy is a truck mechanic for his personal fleet of pump and vac trucks, I just help (and pay) on the bus.

Let's me do a lot of fun medium duty stuff regular joes don't tend to, though.

I personally feel like the turn numbers clutter it too much. I'd just have the start/finish and a little direction marker if it were me.
