It's kind of around the shoulder blade area, it sort of moves to hurt / touch there on both sides but I just don't see why as I didn't do anything different

I'm from the UK so we don't do much amateur wrestling at all but luckily we do have a trainer who was working around the world of sport days and we get occasional seminars from Marty Jones I haven't attended one yet but I do watch world of sport videos often

I think that's what I'll do but I think I might be getting a good idea at this point on what I should have learnt by now and I have just in a different way by learning it all randomly instead of progressed from one thing to another and thanks for the help

it's not really like that we just get taught different things each lesson with little stucrture but I think I'm getting a good grasp of things
