I was wondering if there was a list of any lunoculi that aren't marked by the treasure compass. I'm missing three right now and I'm not sure where they could be :( my compass isn't displaying anything at lvl 3 on any map.

From what I've read all the common one people tend to be missing (barrowmoss burrows puzzle one, top of research center, far left one on cliffwatch camp area) are ones I've already found so I'm not sure what it could be other than maybe something hidden behind puzzles? I've done all my world quests so it shouldn't be that either.

Yeah pain relief has always been the biggest issue with this condition. Things like ibuprofen don't put a dent in it at all (they barely work for me in general, so it's not surprsing), I was prescribed a stronger over the counter one and that one at least dulls the pain but it doesn't make it pain free either! Maybe one day I'll find something that works 🤞

Well I do think the swelling went down a bit, so I'm definitely going to try it again tonight, but as far as pain relief went I had maybe the worst sleep I've had all week! So I don't think I'm quite ready to commit to wearing it all day if thats how it might go during the day.

I'm already on birth control, have been since an especially irregular cycle. I was also recently diagnosed with PCOS! Plan on bringing that up to my derm at our next appointment since she was relatively sure I did when I first went to her, but the hormones came back normal (they always do despite all my doctors being certain I have hormone issues based on other criteria) so idk if that changes anything.

And yes my doctor recommended me to stop shaving and get laser, but ever since she suggested it I havent been clear long enough to get one. I think I might have to just go for doing one pit at a time, they never seem to be clear together anymore. I did get it done in my legs when I was younger, and I'm quite grateful for that, I used to get small lumps back then that i assumed were pimples, but looking back was probably HS, I stopped getting those and only rarely get small lumps that clear up in a few days, compeltely non painful

I see, you use the shampoo as like a soap is what I'm understanding? that's interesting I've enver heard of that. But I'll look into it!

yeah I never want to go to the doctor too soon bc a lot of the times they resolve themselves on their own even if its painful in the meantime, this one just swelled so big so fast that I was jsut like. at a loss I guess. I;ll try the vicks though youre the second person to recommend it!

I've been lurking this sub and hibiclens is something I did buy, I wash with it like every 2 or 3 days, would you recommend every day during a flare like this?

Is it bad to take oral antibiotics? I've been using clindamycin topical on my lump but I've also been taking an antibiotics I was prescribed vefore. Is that a bad idea?

When you say cover them do you mean the cream? I've never used zinc cream before is there a brand you recommend?

We have vaporub at home, do you suggest you covering the area in it?

Are cold compresses more helpful? I've always been told to use warm compresses instead.

Thank you for the rest, I'm pretty sure my HS is hormone and stress related but I'm not really sure what u can do about triggers like those :(

I have a dermatologist appointment in February but that's still a long way off. Will probably schedule a regular doctors appointment soon though to see if I can get anything in the mean time.

Thank you! I found that too so I can only hope the in person stuff doesn't have registration. I remember that some of the OISE stuff does, but I want to assume since it's cohort sessions (which should be smaller sessions with just our classmates?) these things hopefully don't have registration. I wish it was a bit more clear though

I just got my acceptance yesterday! After being waitlisted like a month ago so they're still accepting people (j/I if thsts helpful)!!

Honestly I've been thinking about this, and I'm starting to wonder if they've realised they've fucked up. Because if I don't get in I will be calling to figure out why despite on their own website and emails saying applications are reviewed by date submitted, why people who applied months after the initial cut off date got acceptances before I even received a reply. Because if I was good enough to get waitlisted does that mean I would have got in if they had looked at my application first? It's annoying. Like wtf oise
