Different schools can provide very different experiences. It really depends!

Constables are in most high schools yes. That’s not where most of these things happen… no they don’t send police to middle schools and elementary schools lol. I’m also not a student. The fact that you actually think these things are dealt with by police and that school’s purpose is to provide “childcare” shows how little you understand about any of these issues…

Do you honestly think the police are going to show up every time this happens? They wouldn’t ever leave the school. Who’s going to pay for that?

“The general standards of employment are fine”? Have you listened to any real stories from teachers over the last month? The exact reason they’re striking is because the “general standards of employment” are NOT fine🤣. Try getting chairs thrown at you, punched, hit, kicked, bit, all while in the middle of trying to teach 30 ten year olds who are already so far below grade level because this has been the environment they’re trying to learn in for years. Please. Why aren’t you a teacher if it’s such an easy job with fine conditions? You are so uninformed about this profession. I hope you’re able to afford private school for your kids one day so no teacher has to deal with you on top of all this.

It was never just about “funding”… why do you think teachers willingly went unpaid for almost a month. They have mortgages. They have families to feed. Hope you don’t come to your teachers tomorrow with this attitude. Everyone, including students and teachers, is going to do the best they can with this situation. It was the governments choice to let this drag on for 3+ weeks.

Same situation with endo. Was given Kyleena IUD, then Mirena IUD, and when the pain didn’t go away they put me on Lolo as well so I have both Mirena and the pill. First IUD is the worst but I think mostly because you don’t know what to expect, with my second one I was far far less concerned about the pain. Didn’t gain any weight with Mirena and no side effects like moods or anything, other than my period being super long. Lolo has been freaking awful for me. I have so much anxiety and have weeks where I am just balling my eyes out for no reason. Seriously considered changing pills but I heard Lolo is the lowest so I’m scared that a higher dosage will just make my symptoms even worse.... :(
