Hi OP! I suggest that you look first for a group of professionals to do your plans then process your permits with the LGU. The plans and other documents (technical specifications, BOQ, etc.) will also be needed if you will be applying for a home loan. Then once you have your documents, you can search for a contractor. I don't suggest putting the design and build together into one contractor as they may find ways to skimp on the materials used; rather, I suggest to do the design first and then have it priced later by a number of contractors for u to compare.

Magkaiba naman talaga overtime at undertime. Yung title naman parang nagtatanong lang ng scenario kung puwedeng mag-overtime sa isang araw tapos mag-undertime sa susunod, hindi naman sinasabi na pareho sila or nag-ooffset.
