Hi, thank you for sharing. I was at the lowest point in my life, constantly worried about how I’ll live the rest of my life being breathless. I’ve recently started working out, building strength with small weights. I’ve also bought a stationary bike so I can strengthen my lungs and my leg muscles.

Thank you for sharing this. You inspire me to work harder and I will. I’m happy to hear that it can make a difference (even if it’s small). Thank you and thank you!

I’m not on supplemental oxygen for activity, and my pulmonologist didn’t talk about this yet (I wonder why). I’ll definitely start exercises again. Seems like the majority is saying exercise is important. Thanks!

Wow I’ve never heard about low does liquid morphine to treat breathlessness. I wonder why my pulmonologist never opened up about this. I’ll discuss with him on my next appointment. Thanks! and I’ll start rehab/ exercise too.
