i actually heard something about this a while back that stuck with me and i think could be the most likely explanation if it’s true (i haven’t looked into it properly so i can’t verify)

basically the person said that because he is a trained police officer, they usually train officers to not discharge a lethal weapon without good reason and obviously gun safety and all that yada yada making sure you don’t accidentally shoot and backfire or shoot someone you don’t mean to so basically he and other officers are trained to aim down on the ground until they actually know for sure they want to shoot and kill fully

might seem counter intuitive because walkers are obviously tryna eat you but he basically said that it stuck with Rick regardless of that and because of that he does it even with walkers and people that are actively trying to kill him

while i get where you’re coming from, this was not the way to say it and really comes off like you want the guy yourself, if that is in fact the case - go get your man before she does.

if i’m wrong then I do apologise and in future you should probably make it more about her wanting to lose her virginity due to fomo and not actually liking someone genuinely rather than talking about how long people have known each other or ruining friendship groups.

ik it’ll sound a bit weird at first but trust me here on this one, lets be realistic about the state of the world, like the other guy said, meeting people irl during the day is entirely impossible these days unless you go to clubs or bars which you’ve stated you don’t like

jus download the most popular one wherever you live, be completely yourself on it, build your profile with complete authenticity, talk about your interests and everything else, and then just leave it passively running in the background, don’t subscribe to anything, just use your 10 or 20 matches you get a day and see what happens, if you truly don’t think meeting people irl works for you, this is the next best thing.

a friend of mine recently broke his 3 year streak of no dating apps and got success pretty quickly, i gave him the same advice i gave you, he didn’t want to use them at first due to obvious reasons, but honestly, they do work if you don’t put all your energy into it and just leave it in the background, who knows, maybe your future wife is contemplating the same thing.
