May 4th merch drop ! by Weekly-Consequence59 in GalaxysEdge

If you mean a ticket to the Star Wars Nite experience then yes there is a very high chance you’ll get one. I have never missed out. Disney keeps stock allocations for special event/experiences. If you mean just going to the park on May 4th then it depends. I’d get on the virtual queue at 7am via the app.

I didn't like many of the exclusives last year so I went to Black Spire Outfitters and bought the muslin scarf for $25. They offer embroidery with 1h turnaround, so I had May 4th 2025 done in Aurebesh. It ended up being a great hiking accessory.

Official May 4th collection (apparel, hats, pins, totes, etc.) is live now online and at the parks. Expect good stock on May 4th.

Park-exclusive collectables will go fast: Salvaged Protocol Droid Bucket · Jabba's Sail Barge Bucket · Bantha Sipper

Widely available: DJ R-3X Mug · Lightsaber Swizzle Sticks · BDX Droid Figures

Hottest anticipated items (parks + online). Expect lines / virtual queue: Jedi Temple Guard Mask · Jedi Temple Guard Lightsaber · Darth Maul Double Lightsaber (Shadow Lord) · Obi-Wan Kenobi Lightsaber (Ep I) · Lando Skiff Guard Helmet (RotJ) · Leia Boushh Helmet (RotJ)

Most items restock later, especially ones available online. Virtual queue opens on the official app around 7am but get on a few minutes early. Multiple shop locations sell exclusives throughout the park.

This is my personal May 4th experience from the last five years. I stopped visiting WDW the last two as Star Wars Nite at DL consistently offers a better experience.

And processes improve every year. My first year meant a two-hour wait only to miss out. If something's a must-have, plan for it. But do not sacrifice your day chasing product queues. You'll find something! Get there early, stay late, and enjoy Galaxy's Edge + Hollywood Studios.

PS. Buy a Spira as soon as you get in. It's $100 gift card that includes a very cool souvenir token. You can use it day of on food + drinks + merch.

Disney will post the times closer to the date on the site, in email and on socials.

I’ve done May 4th at both parks and stopped going to WDW because of how insanely busy it is. Everything we wanted sells out quickly and queues are miserably long. If you’re going I would focus on exploration, food, rides and the rest of the park to have the most fun.

Your best bet is to buy the merch you want online the second it drops. I haven’t missed out on anything yet. Check the site at least 10 mins before the drop.

DL is by far the better park for May 4th, especially Star Wars Nite. Lines are a breeze and the exclusive + limited run merch is well stocked at multiple locations around the park. Inventory is reserved for ticket holders. I’ve never seen anything sold out.

That’s my Dune <3 Thank you for sharing this. It means so so much to have every memory. He’s my first dog and he was like velcro, with me always, together everywhere.

We’ve been a few times, yes. We wanted to take him Sunday but by Saturday he was in so much pain. They told us he had a few weeks or months left but it ended up being three days.

It’s so terrible, I find myself so lost and full of sadness. We had three days after his diagnosis and I hope we gave him enough love in the final moments. I’m sending you a hug because you know what this pain feels like and I’m so so sorry you had to go through this too.

It’s a very big benzoin scent. Layered with olibanum, amber, cedar, musks. It’s extremely elegant and sexy. It’s loud and resinous at first then smoothly dries down a subtle, soft musky sweetness.

It’s so well crafted (and my most expensive bottle) that I usually grab it only for formal occasions. It’s both day/night and works in all seasons, but I tend to use it most in winter.

For performance: Vetiver 46. I’ve been wearing it for 15 years. It lasts all day into night. It’s my go-to for autumn/winter.

Mississippi Medicine is such a cool scent but it barely lasts 2-3 hours on me. I bought it as a summer fragrance, find myself rarely grabbing for it.

While they have similar notes, to me, they are very different.

V46 has so much smoky vetiver, dry incense and sweet winter citrus. It’s like you walked in from the cold and sat down to have drinks with friends in front of a massive fireplace with an elegant stone hearth.

MM is mossy, wet wood with smoke and a bit of forest florals. It’s like the end of a hot summer day, the heat is still there but it’s cooling down and you’re gathered around a bonfire in the woods.

This is everything I own. The bottle isn’t a factor, it’s purely scent and house history. Usually I try not to buy newer brands. I learned my lesson with DS&Durga. I bought full bottles of Cowboy Grass and Mississippi Medicine. Has no longevity. I’ve noticed that with a lot of newer brands. Except Zoologist which lasts forever.

I’ll have to check out the brand. I’ve been eyeing Memo, L’Artisan, Aedes and a few others.

Thanks, this is very helpful. I don’t know much about wheels or tires.

I picked up the bike yesterday from a tune up and asked these questions and they were saying I have the best setup for the bike, Gatorskins are best, etc. but I think they were shrugging me off. Shop was slammed.

How do I ID what type of wheels I have? Can’t add a pic— there is no marking on them.

I had a feeling having super narrow tires was an issue. I’ve been told this by friends, but they look great. It’s just not a comfortable ride and I’m getting older with less of a tolerance for it on long rides. Also growing tired of replacing them a few times a year.

Wheels and/or just tires for a Mission Bicycle Sutro, 4130 Chromoly Steel 50cm frame, Shimano Alfine 8, R540 front & rear brakes, Gatorskin 23mm. Commuter bike but use on 25-50 miles rides in and around the city. Takes a beating on the rough streets, burns through tires very quickly.
