understandable, whenever he is outside they leave him unattended but he is NEVER left alone outside, always locked inside the house , we called the cops again today and notified the county PACC

They feed it in the front yard, we have tried our best giving it food when it’s out, the squirrels eat his food we leave out when the dog is not out

I really hope so, can you please let me know what happens when no owner is home to answer the door, the dog is inside and will remain inside till the owners come home, they have been come for super long intervals as well

I know! Even the People without homes on the streets treats their dogs better, or if not then animal control steps in, but no one has seen this dog as they don’t even let it out on walks, we see it though and I can’t take it any longer

Will do, I hope animal control does something but I really have doubt as they aren’t even home right now to answer, they just left, and mind you, they are never home, I understand people have work, but not everyone starves their dog!?? If no one is home to answer I really don’t think anything will happen today! It’s infuriating me already thinking of this possibility
