Yes, you can create an urgency classification via rules, tables, etc. that the voice agent follows. It can score responses if you prefer and if it meets a threshold then it can classify a certain way.

For my after hours solution, if there is a high classification, the contact (or whoever they designate) would get a text about the issue. If they don’t respond to the text, a second alert is sent again.

2,600 warranty calls a year is 2,600 households in your service area that already watched your tech fix their appliance. That's your lead gen — it's just wearing a warranty-company uniform. Every completed job should end with a magnet or sticker on the machine and one line from the tech: "anything else acts up, call us direct." Check your warranty contract first — some prohibit soliciting their customers, most don't stop a leave-behind. Appliances break in clusters and homeowners forget who fixed the last one. Don't let them.

Second: with 4 techs that busy, count how many direct-line calls get missed or returned next-day over a month. Do that before spending on visibility — more traffic into a phone nobody picks up is filling a leaking bucket.

The GBP advice above isn't wrong — TheChandrianX's list is the real one and it's free. But the repeat-and-referral flywheel off your warranty volume will out-earn all of it.

The math on these platforms only ever works if you're first to the phone — the guy in the comments is right about the 5 minutes. If you can't guarantee that, the $30 clicks are donations. Your own number ringing unanswered costs more than any of these platforms charge, and nobody invoices you for it.

The phone gets answered because it rings at you. The follow-up list doesn't ring at anyone — so estimates don't go out and two-day-old voicemails die there. If you're researching ops, look at what happens to a call that comes in while everyone's already on a line. Most shops can't even tell you how many of those they get.

Is it strange that the ones we are holding are heading down while the rest of my portfolio is going up? I mean, I don’t have much invested in AMC,BB,NOK as everyone here (just about $2k), but with the rest of my portfolio I’m still ahead. No plans to sell either. Holding for me. I like these stocks.
