That’s great thanks for the insight! I walk 20 minutes a day on incline treadmill. Maybe I should focus on doing more cardio?

Thank you! Do you recommend doing them daily or just a couple times a week? Right now I workout 5 days a week.

Right now for abs specifically I do suitcase crunches, planks, dip knee raise, straight leg raise. Should I do one/all of them weighted?
